DAY 1: FLIGHT TO IRELAND
Begin your voyage to Ireland.
DAY 2: WELCOME TO IRELAND
Meals: Dinner, bed and breakfast at one of our regular good value three star hotels
Accommodation: Dinner, bed and breakfast at one of our regular good value three star hotels
Arrive Belfast or Dublin by air—whilst we do not book your flights, we will certainly use our experience to advise on routes, fares and timings for your benefit. City tour and/or visit to research resources.
DAY 3: RESEARCH

Accommodation: Dinner, bed and breakfast at one of our regular good value three star hotels
More research for the dedicated; city tours and/or retail therapy for the less committed.
DAYS 4 AND 5: TOUR IRELAND

Collect hire car and tour, using our network of tried and tested accommodations. (After 10 years, we know where to book—and where not to book.)
DAY 6: DRIVE TO RENDEZVOUS
Meals: Gala dinner
Accommodation: Bed and Breakast
Drive to the rendezvous, which may be either a provincial hotel in the rolling Irish countryside (with golf nearby, of course) or it may be a city hotel, as they offer good weekend deals and you have the theatres, restaurants and concert venues for evening entertainment.
DAY 7: SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

serious genealogy for some; excursions, sports or retail for others. We would normally ask local amateur or professional researchers to address the group at some time in the programme. This can be combined with visits to local places of interest—libraries, cemeteries and even family homes. After all, we understand that you have come a long way and we want you to get the most out of this once in a lifetime trip.
DAY 8: SCATTER!
Final conference session and networking; lunchtime scattering of the clan.
